Type:
full-time The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support the accounting team by managing receivable accounts, performing reconciliations, posting payments, and resolving account discrepancies. This role is heavily focused on analytical work, account maintenance, and ensuring accurate financial records within Sage 100. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strong with Excel, and comfortable investigating variances while partnering with attorneys and internal stakeholders to resolve account issues. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-2 years of accounting, finance, or Accounts Receivable experience Strong reconciliation experience, preferably within an A/R environment Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including analysis and account reconciliation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience investigating discrepancies and resolving outstanding balances Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Experience with accounting systems or ERP platforms preferred Sage 100 experience is a plus Why this Role Excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional to gain hands-on experience in a specialized Accounts Receivable environment.
