This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in a luxury automotive environment, ensuring precise record-keeping and financial reporting that support our company's growth and success. You will be instrumental in Prestige Imports' accounting department as you work along side our CFO on a daily basis. OEM parts statements & incentive statements Qualifications Fluent in English speaking and writing. Spanish is ideal but not required. Proficient with CDK Dealer Management Software Experience with OEM parts statements & incentive statements (posting & reconciliation) Demonstrated ability in balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and general ledger accounting. Serious focus on Payables/Accounts Receivables/Cash posting & reconciliation. Familiarity with financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, account analysis, and double-entry bookkeeping. Excellent skills in financial report writing and account reconciliation techniques. General ledger reconciliation experience. Experience working within autotmotive accounting is mandatory. Proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook, etc.) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
