Position Summary The Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the Finance & Administration team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting operations. Key Responsibilities Process daily billing and invoicing activities accurately and efficiently. Handle payment processing and maintain proper financial documentation. Update and maintain customer and vendor account information. Review customer and vendor correspondence and resolve account issues collaboratively with internal departments and external contacts. Assist with accounts payable invoice processing as needed. Perform general clerical and administrative accounting duties. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures. Support the accounting team with additional tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable experience required. Previous experience in the construction or sales industry preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
