Responsibilities:

• Apply a high volume of customer payments accurately and efficiently within established timelines.
• Record and reconcile incoming cash transactions to ensure account balances remain current and correct.
• Post payments to customer accounts and investigate discrepancies when amounts do not align with remittance details.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities by maintaining organized records and supporting the resolution of unapplied cash.
• Participate in special projects aimed at improving workflow efficiency and strengthening payment processing operations.
• Support ongoing efforts to streamline and automate cash application tasks as new tools and processes are introduced.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify payment information and help resolve posting issues promptly.
