$50,000-$52,000 Position Summary Our client is an established South Florida general contracting and construction management firm with a strong presence in the Palm Beach County market. The company specializes in pre-construction, general contracting, and construction management, delivering a variety of commercial and multifamily projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to assist with reconciling project data, correcting project costs, recreating invoices and payments in Procore, and ensuring project records and balances are accurate before older project files are deactivated. Key Responsibilities Reconcile project data and identify discrepancies. Move and correct costs between projects as needed. Recreate invoices and payments in Procore. Sync and update project and accounting records. Review project balances for accuracy and completeness. Qualifications Construction industry experience preferred. Basic accounting or project administration experience. Procore experience highly preferred. Ability to reconcile information and identify discrepancies. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, accounting systems, and project management software. #
