EXPERIENCED

part-time bookkeeper who is organized, self-motivated and can work autonomously, can be onsite at least 2 days for 10-15 hours per week. Must be proficient and knowledgeable working Quickbooks DESKTOP (knowledge of on-line versions is not the same ). The position would include very simple administrative duties including but not limited to: paying bills, justifying invoices and statements. Must be able to do payroll, file 940/ 941, W-2/ 1099, sales tax, state unemployment, data entry into Quickbooks, checkbook balancing, end of year reconciliation for accountant. Must have resume, references and experience.
