- _ •What you'll be doing as a
Bookkeeper:
- + Maintain the company's bookkeeping and accounting records, including financial reporting, transactional bookkeeping, account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit reviews + Maintain all necessary documentation to support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities + Research and resolve bookkeeping issues as they arise + Assist, as needed, with the financial close process, including preparing accruals and reconciling accounts + Assist, as needed, with the preparation and reporting of consolidated financial statements for internal and external compliance requirements + Contribute, as needed, to processing information requests + Assist in developing best-practice process flows within the defined area of responsibility + Assist in preparing ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by Directors + Maintain all documents electronically in SharePoint + Maintain all insurance-related documentation + Communicate effectively with Directors and other stakeholders + Ensure all documents are complete and properly filed + Provide administrative support to the company's Directors as needed + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Directors •Available shifts:•Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) •Job requirements:•+ Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint + Proficient in using QuickBooks Online + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Experience handling a wide variety of business documents + Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner + Background check and drug test required •Ready to take control of the way you work?
