Your role will include:

Daily Exception Processing

• Review Share Draft and ACH exception reports, research discrepancies, and process returns accurately and on time. Reconciliations
• Reconcile official checks, accounts payable, and assigned general ledger accounts, researching variances and escalating unresolved items. Accounts Payable
• Manage vendor onboarding, W-9 collection, and annual 1099 filing compliance. General Ledger Support
• Post general ledger entries, corporate bank transactions, and monthly mortgage and tax postings. Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare quarterly Call Report documents and monthly Negative Share and Courtesy Pay reports. Member & Front-Line Support
• Process member service forms and support front-line staff with member questions. Confidentiality & Controls
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and follow internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
