Accounts Receivable Specialist | Taverna Auto Group Taverna Auto Group is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dealership accounting team! This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the pace of a busy dealership office and enjoys keeping things organized, accurate, and moving forward. You will be part of a fast-growing, multi-location automotive group where your work matters and there is real opportunity to grow. In this role, you will help manage day-to-day accounts receivable responsibilities, including posting payments, reviewing account activity, handling deposits, maintaining accurate records, and helping resolve account questions or discrepancies. You may also assist with vendor invoices and other accounting support as needed. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and able to stay on top of a high-volume workload without letting things fall through the cracks. Dealership accounting experience is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with the daily workflow of an automotive accounting department. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds and/or CDK is highly preferred.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years of dealership experience Minimum of 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience Prior automotive accounting experience strongly preferred Ability to manage a high-volume workload accurately and efficiently Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
