Wool Plumbing Supply is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to join our team at one of our busiest locations. This is a key role responsible for managing daily accounts receivable activities, customer accounts, payments, credit releases, and collections. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and confident communicating with customers . Experience handling a high volume of commercial or credit customer accounts is highly preferred. What You'll Do Post customer payments accurately in our ERP system Review customer accounts and approve the release of sales orders when credit limits are exceeded Monitor past-due accounts and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances Review customer terms, payment history, and credit limits when addressing account issues Maintain professional and effective communication with customers regarding payments and account status Run credit card registers and complete daily closing/end-of-day procedures Prepare and process bank deposits Handle various administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed Assist with other accounts receivable functions to keep daily operations running smoothly Experience with Notices to Owners and Releases of Liens is a plus. What We're Looking For Accounts receivable or related accounting experience Experience working with a high volume of customer accounts and invoices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Wholesale, retail, construction, building products, plumbing, or other trade-industry experience is a plus Why Join Wool Plumbing Supply?
