Human Capital Resources and Concepts (HCRC) is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, processing invoices, assisting with payroll, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate is proficient in accounting principles, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with QuickBooks Online is a huge plus and will be given strong preference during the hiring process. Experience supporting a government contractor, working with ADP Payroll, or using ERP/accounting systems such as Unanet is also highly desirable. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the company's financial records are accurate, timely, and compliant while providing dependable support to the Finance and Leadership teams.
