Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review Member accounts for delinquent balances, verify accuracy of balances.
Follow SOP related to timing of collection calls, emails, and impound notices.
Speaking with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and the payments are received in a timely manner.
Communicate with customers to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies.
Ensure accurate record keeping of all collection attempts, balances collected, and status updates.
Provide weekly updates to Management on status of delinquent accounts and collection efforts.
Work closely with Assistant General Manager on boat auction procedures.
Assist with marina office tasks and coverage as needed, including assistance in gathering appropriate insurance for Members and inventory receiving as needed.
Availability to work overtime to meet deadlines.
