Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements, and payments while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with company policies. This position works closely with Purchasing, Receiving, Operations, and other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and support the overall financial operations of Versatile Mold and Design.
