Accounts Receivable Assistant Role Purpose:

Support cash flow through collections and accurate cash application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Perform payment applications.
• Resolve customer disputes working with other departments.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Improve aging balances.
• Be able to escalate issues and have an open-minded attitude looking for workarounds and solutions.
• Assist in the timely and accurate completion of month-end close.
