Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day purchasing process for non-inventory items and services. Create, maintain, and track purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely processing. Maintain purchasing records and tracking information using Excel. Communicate with various internal departments to clarify requests and ensure all required information is received before processing. Provide administrative support related to purchasing and accounts payable activities. Ensure accuracy, organization, and attention to detail when managing documentation and requests.
