Accounting Specialist

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join Hengli America, a rapidly growing global company with strong market advantages. This role involves conducting bank transactions, managing fixed assets, company credit cards, and monitoring expense reimbursements while ensuring compliance with company policies.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle checks and bank account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and remittances. Review employee expense reimbursements for reasonableness and compliance with company policies. Maintain the company reimbursement system. Organize, summarize, and review company credit card expenses. Safeguard the company credit cards and other cash equivalent assets. Maintain the company's fixed asset register. Conduct periodic asset inventories. Support AR function. Specific financial projects or tasks as directed by the Finance Manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree, Accounting, or a related field.

Work Experience:

1-3 years of experience in cashier or finance-related roles preferred.

Professional Skills:

Proficient in office software (Excel, Word), SAP Concur and QuickBooks.

Personal Qualities:

Strong attention to detail, good numerical sensitivity, and a cooperative team player. Demonstrates responsibility and professional ethics.

Communication Skills:
