We are looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper who can keep our accounting records accurate and handle day-to-day transactions in Microsoft Dynamics GP. Responsibilities Enter and review customer invoices, payments, vendor bills, and other transactions in Dynamics GP Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank accounts and research discrepancies Maintain accurate records and supporting documents Assist with sales order processing, Invoicing, customer statements, collections follow-up, and month-end work Work with our team to resolve transaction and posting issues Qualifications Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable using Excel and working through discrepancies Able to manage recurring work and communicate clearly with a small team Experience in a manufacturing or distribution business is a plus.
