Job Description
Accounts Receivable / Deductions Clerk Our client, a leading manufacturing company in the south suburbs, is looking for an Accounts Receivable / Deductions clerk to join their growing accounting team. As an Accounts Receivable / Deductions Clerk, you will be responsible for provide financial, administrative and clerical services and to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations. You will process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts. Capture deductions and deduction details from the system Research and clear deductions Work with customers to resolve outstanding claim processing issues Research, prepare and process credits to accounts Make sure deductions are valid Work with management on ways to decrease future errors in missed deductions Reconcile deductions
