full-time Accounts Payable Specialist A growing organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a high-volume, multi-entity environment. This role will be responsible for processing invoices, managing payments, researching discrepancies, and supporting AP automation initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Process high-volume invoices across multiple entities Monitor and resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies Process ACH, check, and electronic payments Assist with expense allocation and invoice coding Respond to vendor and internal payment inquiries Support AP automation and process improvement efforts Assist with 1099 preparation as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience Multi-entity or multi-site experience preferred Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
