Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for the payment of all vendors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Job Duties:
Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Respond to all vendor inquiries Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements. Maintain vendor files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. Monitor vendor discount opportunities. Ensure compliance with accounts payable processes (e.g., W-9, sales tax) Provide overall support to the accounting team as needed. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements/Experience:
1+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred Associate's degree, in Accounting/Bookkeeping preferred.
