Our client is seeking a highly experienced accounting professional to support a large-scale lease portfolio spanning more than 200 facilities. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in invoice processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and administrative accounting functions within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of daily lease-related invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while working closely with internal departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume lease invoices accurately and efficiently Manage daily invoicing for a portfolio of over 200 leased facilities Review, validate, and reconcile invoices for payment processing Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues Assist with account reconciliations and month-end accounting activities Coordinate with vendors, property managers, and internal stakeholders regarding billing matters Enter, update, and maintain financial data within accounting systems Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Qualifications:
5+ years of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or invoice processing experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation Experience supporting lease accounting, property management, real estate, or multi-site operations is preferred but not required Advanced attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage a high volume of invoices and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience utilizing accounting software and ERP systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys the details and has extensive experience managing invoicing, billing, and accounting operations with minimal supervision.
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
