Evansville, IN Status:
Non-Exempt (part-time)Job Purpose:
The accountant is responsible for reviewing and processing all internal invoices. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Coordinates all accounts payable to ensure invoices are processed accurately. Work with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues. Verifies purchase orders and matches with receiving documents and invoices Process employee expense reimbursements and maintain the prepaid travel account Reconcile credit card statements with appropriate receipts and approvals Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma, Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related business field preferred Knowledge of AS400 and MS Office software, preferred 2+ years of previous related financial experience, preferred Attention to detail, high accuracy in entering financial data and catching discrepancies Organized and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
