Maintain financial records and prepare documentation when required. Follow all applicable reporting regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor all financial activities throughout the organization to stay current on its financial status Work closely with the HR Specialist to resolve any personnel issues Oversee all Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable Manage all cash flow (entering and leaving) for the organization Order entry Prepare and create shipping paperwork Schedule outbound shipping Work closely with on-site Plant Manager and corporate
