This position is a direct hire role , involves taking customer orders both in-person and over the phone, accounting responsibilities, and lots of data entry .

Responsibilities:

Working with customers in-person and over the phone Sharing customer orders with team members

Data Entry :

updating work tickets, typing up customer orders, proofing invoices Accounts payables and receivables Scheduling pickups and coordinating meetings Answering phones and managing records

Qualifications and Requirements :

High school diploma or GED 2 year s of office- warehouse experience preferred Prior experience with A/P and A/R required Must possess phone etiquette and prior customer service experience Microsoft Office experience required Willing to be cross-trained Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
