Job Description
We have a great opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate customer account records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
The AR Specialist will be over:
Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely.
Process customer payments received via check, ACH, wire transfer, credit card, and other payment methods.
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer inquiries.
Reconcile customer accounts and prepare aging reports.
Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate records within the accounting system.
