A/P Representative:

Reviews vendor invoices for accuracy and makes the required changes before processing for payment. Calculates line item charges, discounts, and freight charges. Identifies invoice errors and uses policy and procedure to correct them. Matches invoices to respective purchase orders and schedules payments according to terms of purchase contract. Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies and issues. Corresponds with vendors and responds to inquiries. Reconciles and communicates with vendors and sales centers to resolve problems. Provides exceptional customer service to sales centers. Performs vendor statement reconciliation. Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

High school diploma. 1-3 years of accounts payable experience specifically with purchase order matching. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a flexible, team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Effective organizational skills with the ability to problem solve.
