This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong organizational skills, hands-on bookkeeping experience, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. The Bookkeeper will play a key role in supporting the company's financial operations, including maintaining records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with reporting. Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting Prepare and process invoices, checks, and payments Maintain payroll records and support payroll processing as needed Monitor expenses and help ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures Support audits and assist with documentation requests Perform data entry and maintain accounting files and records Requirements 2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms Strong Microsoft Excel skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
