Tree Tech, Inc. Job Description Administrative Assistant (AR & Tracking Support)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Accounts Receivable (AR) functions and general tracking/reporting activities. This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate records, monitoring outstanding balances, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a Monday - Friday position. $28 / hour based on skillset and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Accounts Receivable processing, invoicing, and payment tracking. Monitor and maintain accurate customer account records. Follow up on outstanding invoices and support collection efforts as needed. Track and update internal spreadsheets, reports, and databases. Prepare routine reports and assist with data entry and record management. Maintain organized filing systems and documentation. Provide general administrative support to various departments. Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with customer and vendor inquiries. Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Matching hours to crews, trucks, and timecards. AR calls, Weekly scheduling. Production schedule Growth / Potential oversight.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative, accounting, or office support experience preferred. Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
