Job Description
Support the Senior Accountant, administrative team, and sales department with day-to-day office operations. Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable. Process vendor invoices and generate weekly AP check runs. Use QuickBooks and company software to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer credits, and financial records. Process sales and repair orders while tracking order status and maintaining accurate records. Build positive relationships with customers and vendors through professional communication and follow-up. Assist customers in person or over the phone when needed, delivering a high level of customer service. Work with purchasing to verify vendor confirmations, pricing, quantities, and part numbers. Maintain accounting reports, tax logs, and open sales order reports. Assist Human Resources with administrative tasks and company policy updates. Provide administrative support across multiple departments as needed.
