Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist Lowell, MA | $80-100k base KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a well-established organization in its search for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist . This position will play a key role within the accounting team, supporting accounts receivable, credit, collections, and related financial activities. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and customer credit activities Monitor outstanding balances and support collection efforts Evaluate customer creditworthiness and assist with credit decisions Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer records Partner cross-functionally to resolve customer account issues Assist with month- and quarter-end close activities Prepare AR reporting and analysis for management Support internal controls, audits, and compliance requirements Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience 5-8 years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit, or related experience Strong credit and collections background Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems Experience with credit risk assessment and account reconciliations SAP experience is a plus If you are interested in this opportunity, please email Dalton Rolli at drolli@kbwfinancial.com for immediate consideration.
