Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts PayableProcess weekly payables and cash disbursementsVerify invoices against purchase orders and delivery slipsCode expenses accurately and generate reportsReconcile monthly bank statements and maintain vendor recordsArchive Accounts Payable files and reconciliationsAccounts ReceivableManage invoicing (electronic and paper) for funding sourcesCollaborate with program teams to meet invoicing deadlinesMaintain and archive Accounts Receivable files and deposit recordsUpdate monthly voucher summary sheetsQualificationsAssociate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or 2 years of equivalent experience)Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Teams required); QuickBooks strongly preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsPositive, professional, and team-oriented approachWhat We OfferGenerous paid time off, including:
