Responsibilities:
Schedule and assign service calls to field technicians based on priority, location, and technician skill level Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling service requests via phone and email. Monitor technician progress throughout the day to ensure on-time arrivals and update schedule changes. Review technician job logs for completeness and accuracy before billing. Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and efficiently. Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptly. Review billing data to ensure pricing, quantities, and terms match contracts. Navigate client-specific portals to upload invoices, track payment status, and maintain account compliance. Issue monthly statements to customers outlining their current account balances. Monitor A/R reports to reconcile and identify past-due accounts Communicate with customers regarding overdue balances.
Requirements:
Previous experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service or a similar role Accounts Receivable, billing, invoicing or bookkeeping experience Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time Excellent phone, email and customer service skills Dependable, punctual and able to work independently without constant supervision Strong computer skills and the willingness to learn new software Preferred, but not
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience with drain cleaning, plumbing, HVAC, construction or other field-service companies Experience with service/dispatch software Experience with accounting or bookkeeping software Familiarity with customer/vendor portals and contract billing requirements
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
