Role:

Triumph Modular is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support dynamic customer growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Core Functions and Responsibilities:

• Record customer payments into the ERP accounting software (SAP)
• Reconciliation and analysis of customer A/R accounts
• Communicate via email and phone with customers regarding past due balances
• Collaborate with sales and senior management team on customer questions and resolutions
• Enter invoices into third party Accounts Payable systems in a timely fashion
• Collaborate with external auditors on the annual audit

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant / related accounts receivable work required
• Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills required
• Excellent follow-up and follow through skills required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Microsoft Excel skills a plus
• SAP experience a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and a sense of curiosity
