JOB SUMMARY
The Accounting Associates assists the accountant team with administrative, accounting, and bookkeeping functions. Including clerical tasks, filing, and answering telephones, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial documents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties as assigned. Processes daily wire transfers and credit card sales. Maintenance of customer consolidated statements. Resolves transaction problems. Assists with year-end audits. Responds timely to inquiries from vendors, customers, or employees and research and resolves concerns or discrepancies. Experience of Bill Trust and AP Oracle is a plus.
Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred. 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R) and General Ledger or relevant role.
