full-time Process and post construction-related invoices, ensuring timely and accurate project cost allocation. Manage construction payments, issue checks, and maintain detailed records of project expenses. Track costs by project and coordinate tenant improvement (TI) billings when applicable. Review lease abstracts and security deposit postings to ensure accuracy and compliance with lease terms. Prepare and distribute tenant billbacks, invoices, and monthly rent statements across the property portfolio. Complete year-end CAM reconciliations and verify supporting documentation prior to posting charges. Calculate and apply annual CAM adjustments, updated operating expense estimates, and tax reconciliations. Ensure accurate tenant billing for real estate taxes, CAM charges, year-end true-ups, and future fiscal year estimates.
