Full Job Description Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator Pay:
$25-$28/hour (DOE)

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator to support the daily operations of our Credit and Accounts Receivable department. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent organization, and experience managing customer accounts and payment processing in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Download and review daily bank activity reports. Apply customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit card transactions. Process daily invoices and distribute them via email or mail. Prepare and post weekly bank deposits. Monitor customer accounts and release pending orders as appropriate. Communicate with customers regarding past-due balances, payment inquiries, and account issues. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Process customer credits and adjustments. Request trade references and credit reports for new customer evaluations. Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience working with accounting software and online banking platforms. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is highly preferred. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of accounts receivable, accounting, or related experience preferred. Work Environment Office-based position. Extended periods of sitting and computer work. Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds. Some work areas may not be climate controlled. $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
