For our location in Joppa, Maryland we are looking for Account Receivable Specialist Reference code: 21172 Your tasks Generate and review the TOTALogistix Freight Report and ensure all required shipping documentation is complete. Verify freight charges, shipment quantities, and supporting documentation for accuracy. Copy, scan, distribute, and maintain freight documentation for Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Organize, reconcile, and maintain shipping black jackets and account files. Audit job records against Label Traxx and process customer invoices. Enter invoices into Ariba and ensure accurate and timely processing. Prepare, organize, and maintain files for daily operations and completed jobs. Your profile High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, invoicing, accounting, shipping, logistics, or a related environment preferred. Strong attention to detail, data-entry accuracy, and ability to review and reconcile invoices, freight charges, and supporting documentation. Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with the ability to manage physical and electronic files. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience with ERP, invoicing, or logistics systems preferred; Label Traxx, Ariba, or TOTALogistix experience is a plus. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to handle confidential business and financial information appropriately.
