Manufacturing Position Overview A well-established manufacturing company in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their on-site accounting team. This role will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable processing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with Sage 100 or Sage 300 is required . Key Responsibilities Process high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, matching, and coding Perform 2-way and 3-way matching for purchase orders and receiving documents Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly/monthly check runs and ACH payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate AP records and vendor files Work closely with purchasing and operations teams to resolve invoice and pricing issues Assist with month-end close related to accounts payable Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries Utilize Sage 100 or Sage 300 for daily AP processing and reporting Qualifications 3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with Sage 100 or Sage 300 (required) Strong understanding of AP processes, including PO-based invoicing Experience working with inventory-related invoices Proficient in Microsoft Excel High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability and willingness to work fully on-site in Baltimore All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
