We're currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Odenton, Maryland. What You'll DoManage the full accounts payable process, including invoice entry, coding, matching, and payment processingReview invoices for accuracy and ensure proper approvals are obtainedProcess a high volume of invoices while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlinesReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesCommunicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiriesAssist with monthly closing activities and AP reconciliationsMaintain accurate vendor records and payment documentationAssist with 1099 preparation and other year-end AP responsibilitiesIdentify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency
