Account Receivable Apply Now Job Description:

Location:

Westbrook, Maine We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and is looking for an opportunity to grow into a long-term position.

Responsibilities:

Process and monitor customer invoices accurately and efficiently. Post cash receipts and payments. Manage collections activities and follow up on outstanding balances. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate customer account records. Reconcile accounts and prepare reports as needed. Communicate with customers regarding payment status and account inquiries. Support the accounting team with various AR-related tasks

Desired Background/Skills:

Previous Accounts Receivable experience preferred Strong knowledge of invoicing, cash posting, collections, and account reconciliation Experience resolving payment discrepancies and customer account issues Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

$24.00
