Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Hold or actively pursuing CCC-SLP certification, SLP-CFY considered Maine state license in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility to obtain Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology; school-based and/or healthcare setting background preferred Comfortable delivering therapy both in-person and via teletherapy platforms Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and individualized intervention planning Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills SLPA supervision experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals for K-5 students Provide direct therapy services, both group and individual, for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs Monitor progress, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and school administrators Consult with families and caregivers to support carryover of skills in the home environment Supervise and support SLPA as needed Perks for
