Type:

full-time Blue Chip Talent , in partnership with a financial services organization, is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist . This role is responsible for managing insurance receivables, processing and reconciling customer payments, and supporting invoice and statement accuracy. The position also serves as a knowledgeable resource for receivables-related inquiries and contributes to ongoing process improvement initiatives. Job Duties Develop expertise in insurance receivables processes and procedures Process and reconcile incoming receipts against customer invoices and statements Research and resolve discrepancies related to payments and receivables Respond to receivables-related inquiries from internal teams, customers, and insurance authorities Maintain accurate financial and customer account records Support account reconciliation and receivables reporting activities Participate in process improvement initiatives Contribute to additional accounting and finance projects as assigned Skills & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with accounts receivable, payment processing, account reconciliation, or related financial processes Desired 2+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, accounting, or a related environment Experience with insurance receivables Experience working within a geographically dispersed organization Experience with customer invoice and statement reconciliation Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
