We are dedicated to providing high-quality ophthalmic solutions, ensuring that individuals across diverse communities receive the care they need. Role Overview As a Lens Coating Technician, you will be responsible for performing manufacturing processes to clean, dip, and coat ophthalmic lenses with scratch-resistant and anti-reflective coatings. Your work ensures the production of high-quality lenses that meet patient needs, supporting both our optical lab team and the broader healthcare community. What You Will Do Operate equipment to clean, dip, and coat lenses with scratch-resistant and anti-reflective coatings. Manage fast-paced production, working under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Perform simple and repetitive tasks with a strong attention to detail. Control the direct work pace to keep up with the production line. Efficiently and safely manage consumable usage. Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications High School diploma or G.E.D. Computer skills, including touchscreen and desktop operation. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree. Minimum of one year of Optical lab experience. Clean room experience.
