This means they do not receive a personal phone number or be 'friended' on social media. If a person wishes to contact you for work purposes, they do so thru BRH mainline. Please note that dating a client is just cause for loss of credential, license and employment. Please note that hugging of clients is strictly forbidden by professional staff.
Job Duties:
This position is for
BRH, BRH
Primary Care, the Alumni Foundation, BRH Property Management, Mt. Pleasant Campuses, and Contractors. The Payroll & Benefits Manager will be responsible for advising the Chief Financial Officer on the payroll and benefits information.
The person is accountable for:
  • Coordinating and performing a variety of complex payroll duties in the preparation, processing and maintenance of all 5 payrolls, salary and benefit calculations to ensure that employees are paid timely and accurately
  • Collecting, analyzing, updating and reconciling payroll data on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly and annual basis
  • Researching and analyzing discrepancies and processing payroll and/or benefit adjustment entries
  • Performing the calculation and application of garnishment deduction orders
  • Preparing and transmitting tax payment coupons and weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax returns
  • Researching state payroll tax requirements and file registrations as needed
  • Responding to requests for information from current and former client employees
  • Maintaining high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information
  • Coordinating with HR to ensure that all adjustments and changes are reflected properly
  • Assisting with other accounting and payroll related tasks or reports as needed
  • Sending weekly reports to accounting and assist with reconciliation of payroll
Skills, Values, Expereince:
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting / processing payroll functions
  • ADP Workforce Experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Experience with payroll, HRIS and accounting software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge and ability to understand policies, laws, regulations and other technical issues applicable to the HR/finance function
  • Outstanding client service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Unwavering integrity in all situations
