In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements. We're looking for a motivated professional with a passion for precision, excellent time management, and great communication skills. This is a Part Time, In-Person position. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30 - 2:30. Duties Day-to-day tasks include invoice payments, data entry, and deposit reconciliation using Quickbooks Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies promptly Balance multiple assignments without losing attention to detail Communicate professionally and effectively Skills General office experience Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Ability to prioritize Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is a bonus but not required
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
