Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and licensing industry, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Licensing Team.

$20-$21 per hour What's the Job? Receive, process, and review sales volume reports and invoices for licensing programs. Coordinate billing corrections, including preparing credit/debit invoices and follow-up billing activities. Follow up on past-due royalty payments and send collection notices to licensees. Serve as the primary contact for billing inquiries, payment status requests, and invoice support. Collaborate with Finance and internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred. 2-4 years of financial and/or accounting experience. Proficiency in Excel and experience with account receivable tracking. Experience with past due billing and invoice processing. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
