  Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk (Concur)

• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry professional to support our current Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk by assisting with the entry and processing of AP invoices in Concur. This role is primarily focused on accurate data entry and invoice coding.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Enter Accounts Payable invoices into Concur accurately and efficiently + Match vendor invoices to the appropriate accounting codes using a provided cheat sheet + Ensure invoices are properly assigned to the correct vendors + Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while meeting daily volume requirements + Support the AP team with administrative and data entry tasks as needed

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• + Prior experience with data entry + Invoice coding or Accounts Payable experience preferred + Familiarity with Concur is a plus (training will be provided) + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills What's in this Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk position for you?
