Temporary Accounting Support

D'Amico Hospitality is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Temporary Accounting Support team member to assist our accounting department during a busy seasonal period. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Position Details Temporary assignment:

4-5 months

Part-time:

25-30 hours per week

Schedule:

Approximately 3 days per week Key Responsibilities Support Accounts Receivable functions Assist with select Accounts Payable tasks Scan and organize accounting documentation Process house charges and customer refunds Maintain accurate financial records and data entry Communicate with internal teams regarding invoices and account questions Assist with additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred Experience with Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
