We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our accounting team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our business success with collections efforts and processing and providing accurate financial information daily. Accuracy, teamwork, and professional communication with both internal and external customers are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact customers to collect outstanding receivables while providing excellent customer service and resolving account concerns. Assist with Accounts Payable by entering invoices accurately and efficiently Support the Controller with special projects and additional duties Demonstrate company Core Values daily
Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree in accounting or equivalent experience 2-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members Strong analytical and research skills to resolve issues Experience with Microsoft Navision ERP is a plus (not required)
Compensation & Schedule:
Annual compensation: $41,600 - $49,900
Hours:
Monday - Friday, flexible shifts Weekly schedule: 25 hours Additional hours may be available for special projects
