Frisella Nursery is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Accounting Clerk to join our growing finance team. You'll play a critical role in helping our finance department stay organized, accurate, and on schedule. What You'll Do Process and enter accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently Create purchase orders in Aspire and QuickBooks Audit vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies Manage and monitor the AP inbox Obtain approvals for non-PO invoices Reconcile online payments and daily retail accounting Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed Support month-end close activities Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure timely invoice processing Prepare cash-on-delivery freight payments What Success Looks Like 98%+ invoice accuracy Invoice entry completed within 48 hours of product receipt Purchase orders created within one business day Strong support of month-end close deadlines Organized, accurate, and reliable financial documentation What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of accounting principles Experience with QuickBooks preferred Experience with Aspire is a plus Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and follow-through Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Why Join Frisella Nursery?
